Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Top Producer members
- Consistently excel in service expectations
- Provide support to the members in all aspects of Life Operations, including Compensation and Licensing
- Act as an advocate for the members' cause
- Represent Field's interest in company meetings
- Work independently with little direction
- Think outside the box
- Acts as an Subject Matter Expert in all areas of Life Insurance Operations
- Answer telephone inquiries
- Research and problem-solve issues
- Mentor new associates
- Represent unit in staff meetings for improvement opportunities and processing gaps
- Prepare and analyze business
- Analyze types of calls to determine if there is an opportunity for improvement and offer recommendations
- Remain current on all policies and procedures
- Work independently with little direction

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Insurance Industry
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Life License required or obtained within 60 days of hire
- Knowledge of Insurance Operations
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication and coaching skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent problem solving/analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and prioritize appropriately
- Able to quickly and efficiently adapt to changes in procedures or policies
- Able to work with various key personnel and management in order to better serve the top producers
- Experience in sales or business ownership a plus
Work Hours
This is a hybrid position, that requires 3 days onsite in the Duluth, Georgia office and 2 days working remotely weekly.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $52K - $57K.
