Customer Service Representative (Teller) - Green Bay

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Grieves customers, accepts deposits, disburses funds, and other transactions as requested
  • Ensures all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, managing risk in every transaction
  • Performs routine office and customer service duties
  • Performs account maintenance on existing deposit accounts, as well as opening new accounts upon customer request
  • Maintains product knowledge in order to cross-sell bank products by answering inquiries, informing customers of new services and product promotions, determining customer needs, and referring customers to other departments as necessary
  • Resolves complex customer issues with authority and discretion
  • Contributes to the continued improvement of overall company performance

Minimum Requirements

  • A High School Diploma
  • One year customer service or cash-handling experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate issues
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior financial services industry experience
  • Some college education or a degree in a related field
