I was born and raised in Houston and am a proud Texas A&M supporter. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, especially taking cruises, and my kids are now in college.

About Our Agency

Role Description
We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic who enjoys being part of a team, working hard, and having fun both in and out of the office.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Affiliate customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Pay
$35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
