  • Aid clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Able to handle complex customer inquiries.

  • I have been a State Farm agent since 2001.
  • I am a second generation State Farm agent.
  • I am a proud graduate of University of Central Florida.
