Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Expert-level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Willingness to learn and achieve results.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.

Schedule
Our office is open:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30-5
- Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30-7
- Saturday: 9:30-12:30
