A successful State Farm Agent is seeking a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Enthusiasm for how insurance and financial products help people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals.
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Personal Lines licenses (must be able to obtain).
