Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Property/Casualty insurance license (must have currently).
• Life/Health insurance license (must be able to obtain).

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 1pm-5pm

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Pottstown, PA. I have been a State Farm agent since 2012. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor.
