About the role

I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as the CFO for a professional boxing company. That experience helped develop my business acumen, leadership skills, and passion for helping people achieve their goals.

Family is a big part of my life. My wife was a former Miami Dolphins cheerleader, and both my son and daughter have pursued careers as professional models and actors. I enjoy working with people and helping them discover and develop their own potential.

Responsibilities

You will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit.

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
