Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

• Must be available to work the following schedule: (9am-5:15pm M-F, 9am-12:15pm Sat.)

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.

We currently have 9 team members at our agency. Our office is located in Waukegan, illinois. Our office is open 9-5 Mon - Friday and 9-12 on Saturday.

I have been a State Farm agent since 1998. I am a proud graduate of the University of Colorado.

We take pride in using our years of valuable experience to mentor individual team members and prepare them for successful careers.
