Responsibilities
- Answer phones & take payments
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Absorb customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Absorb agents in making contacts with prospects via text & phone
- Following up on forms/documents needed
- Contacting late pays from CRM
Requirements
- Must pass Property & Casualty test or have in place
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
