Responsibilities

  • Answer phones & take payments
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Absorb customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Absorb agents in making contacts with prospects via text & phone
  • Following up on forms/documents needed
  • Contacting late pays from CRM

Requirements

  • Must pass Property & Casualty test or have in place
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
