Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation
$38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Our office is located in Hermitage. I have been a State Farm agent since 1996. We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
