Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, prompt, and friendly service to existing and prospective customers
• Build and maintain customer relationships; follow up as needed
• Educate customers about insurance options through needs-based reviews
• Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims, billing, and more
• Conduct insurance and financial service reviews to ensure proper coverage

Requirements

• State of Michigan Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (required)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers and Windows applications
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment
• People-oriented, positive attitude, and self-motivated
