Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

I have been a State Farm agent since 2009 and am a third-generation State Farm agent. I am also a proud graduate of Southern Oregon University. Our office boasts 40 years of combined insurance experience.
