Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy
• Aid in policy changes, coverage questions, and basic claims support
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date customer records
• Partner with licensed agents to ensure client needs are met effectively
• Identify potential coverage opportunities through meaningful conversations
• Participate in training to build confidence and readiness for future sales responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• A genuine desire to help others and grow within a long-term career path
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, or call center experience is a plus)
• Interest in obtaining an insurance license—support provided
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in a professional insurance agency setting
• A clear pathway toward licensing and advancement into sales roles

About Our Agency

Our office is located in New Hyde Park, NY. I am a second generation State Farm agent. We currently have 8 team members at our agency. We have 140 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Golden Triangle.
