About the role
Our agency has been proudly serving our community since December 2011 and has grown to a team of 14 members across two office locations. We’re built on a family-oriented culture where people support one another, work hard, and genuinely enjoy being part of the team.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Qualifications
Our office is located in Bel Air, MD. Our office is open 9AM to 5PM M-F. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Towson University.
