RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Our office is open Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.

I have been a State Farm agent since 1990. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
