Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

With a bachelor’s degree in Business from Missouri State University and a strong commitment to community involvement, I am proud to lead an agency that values teamwork, growth, and service.
