As a Customer Service Representative with Tim Pruitt - State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that support a successful insurance business. Your responsibilities include establishing customer relationships, answering inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities

- Answer customer inquiries and requests.

State Farm agents are independent contractors that market State Farm Insurance and financial services products. This busy insurance and financial services office is an established, growth-oriented agency with a team of highly motivated individuals. The office is located in SPRINGDALE and is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The agency has 9 team members, 46 years of combined insurance experience, and has received numerous awards including President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Silver Scroll. The agency also speaks additional languages, including Spanish.
