Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

• Dedicated to customer service
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
• Able to multi-task

Qualifications

• Previously employed as a State Farm Employee
• Proud graduate of Santa Clara University
• Office location: Redwood City, CA, across from Starbucks on Woodside Rd.
• Office hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
• Currently have 2 team members at our agency
• Additional languages spoken: Spanish
