Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

About the role

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Hermitage. I have been a State Farm agent since 2005. I am a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
