Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Bay Colony / Victory Lakes. I have been a State Farm agent since 1993.
