Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative with Brian Robinson Agency, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, problem-solving aptitude, and desire to help people make you a fit.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Affiliate customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Make outbound calls to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must have current Illinois property, casualty and life licenses.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous insurance industry customer service experience preferred.
Pay
$42,000.00 per year
