Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
About the role
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and learning the fundamentals of insurance operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with front desk responsibilities, including answering phones and directing inquiries.
- Respond to customer questions and provide general policy information.
- Aid customers with basic policy updates, documentation, and service requests.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Learn agency systems, insurance products, and service processes.
- Gradually take on expanded client service responsibilities as experience is gained.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Property & Casualty license preferred.
- Previous insurance experience will also be considered in place of a license.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
