Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, y Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Garland, TX.
• Our office is open Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
• Additional languages spoken: Spanish

Pay

Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Schedule

Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm
