Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Previous customer service experience preferred.

$35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year

Our agency opened in 2000 and is a close-knit team of three built on experience, service, and strong community ties. I’ve been with State Farm for over 32 years, starting my career in Auto Claims, which helped shape my passion for helping people during important moments in their lives. I’m a graduate of Ohio State University and stay very active in the community. I serve on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and am involved with both the Rotary and local Chambers of Commerce.
