About the role
I opened my agency in 1973, beginning my career as a State Farm agent right out of college. Originally from Louisiana, I’ve spent decades building an agency rooted in relationships, consistency, and teamwork. Today, our office includes 16 team members, and State Farm truly runs in the family — my children are also State Farm agents, and I’m a proud grandparent to four grandchildren. Faith and service are important to me, and I remain very involved in my church, which strongly influences the values we bring into the workplace.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Pay
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
