Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Our agency has been proudly serving the St. Charles, IL community since 1997. I’m a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and together with my incredible team of 6, we bring more than 85 years of combined insurance experience to the table. Compensation

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
