I’ve been a State Farm agent for 18 years, and before that I spent time in a corporate leadership role with State Farm — experience that shaped how I lead and support others today. Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• I have been a State Farm agent since 1995. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive. I am a second generation State Farm agent.
