Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
- I am a proud graduate of FAU.
- We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
- We have 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- We have received awards such as: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and National Quality Award.
