Role Description

Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Pay
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee. I am a proud graduate of UW-Madison. We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
