Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative with the Linda Allen State Farm agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Guide customers with insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills--written, verbal, and listening.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Able to anticipate customer needs.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License a plus! (Not required)
- Life & Health Insurance License a plus! (Not required)
COMPENSATION
$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
