Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous customer service experience preferred.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Al Shattuck - State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that support a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Compensation
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
