About the role

I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years as a team member, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the supportive, customer-focused culture we have today. I attended Florida A&M University and am incredibly proud of my family. My son has served in the military, and my daughter is a cheerleader at University of Georgia. Family, community, and helping others are values that guide both my personal life and my agency. Giving back is a big part of who we are. We sponsor local high school sports and activities, support Building Strong Futures, and are proud supporters of the Washington Community Center and its fundraising efforts. Staying involved in the community and investing in local families is something we care deeply about.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Affiliate with customers to process insurance claims and follow up with them.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
