Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
- Hourly base pay + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses
- 13 Paid Holidays, including your birthday off
- Sick Leave and PTO
- The opportunity to choose to work 4 Day or 5 Day work weeks
- Do not have to work on Saturdays or Sundays
- Opportunity to advance to a lead or management position within my agency or go off
- Both Property & Casualty & Life & Health Insurance Licenses are reimbursed by our agency.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

- Our office is located in Greer, SC.
- Our office is open 9:00 to 5:00.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1991.
- We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
- We have 52 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
