Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Communicate effectively to meet customer needs while promoting the growth of the business.

- Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
