We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jimmy Ramirez at our agency. The ideal candidate should be responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a flexible, independent environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Pay

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule

Rotating Saturday schedule—team members work one Saturday a month and receive a half day or early release during the week to make up for it.

Our agency opened in 2011 and is a small, close-knit team of three who value flexibility, independence, and strong customer relationships. We offer dental or vision benefits after the probation period, a Simple IRA, and licensing reimbursement. Our office is located in San Pedro and is open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are looking for someone who is responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a flexible, independent environment.
