Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

About the role

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.

Our office is located in the Weis plaza on Rano Blvd in Vestal.

I have been a State Farm agent since 2014. I am a proud graduate of Binghamton University.

We have received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Million Dollar Round Table, and Senior Vice President's Club

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
