As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mark Doyle - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Somerset in north Ames. Our office is open 8 to 5:30 M-TH, F 8:00 to 4:00 (evenings and Saturdays by appointment). I have been a State Farm agent since 1995.
