Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with timely follow-ups.
Market our agency and State Farm products to meet customer needs.
