About Our Agency

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Health Insurance. Our office is located in South Lyon, MI. Our office is open 9am-5pm M-F, evenings and weekends by appointment.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Aaron Daavettila - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
