Our office has been proudly serving the community for 20 years, and we continue to grow! We currently have a team of 13 dedicated professionals who work together to achieve success while supporting one another.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Affix insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communicate and interact with customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team.
Requirements
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
