About the role

I began my career with State Farm right out of college as a team member in 2009. After working hard, learning the business, and proving myself, I earned the opportunity to open my own agency in 2013. I became an agent because I truly believe in State Farm’s mission — to be there for people on their worst day and help them protect and pursue their dreams.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
