About the role
I attended the University of North Alabama and bring 26 years of experience with State Farm across a variety of roles. I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded with a second location in 2023. Today, we're a team of 18 across both offices, focused on growth, collaboration, and strong performance.
We stay actively involved in the community by sponsoring events like the Gardendale Farmers Market and the Magnolia Festival.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Pay
$30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
