Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

About the role

I opened my first agency in 2011 and expanded with a second location in 2021. Today, our team includes 11 members working together across both offices. My journey with State Farm started as an intern, then a full-time team member while earning my MBA, and shortly after, I became an agent. That experience shaped how I lead today - with a strong focus on growth, teamwork, and long-term success.

I attended Stephen F. Austin State University and grew up in the Duncanville area. I’ve been married for 15 years, and my wife and I have four kids who keep life busy and fun outside the office. Family is a big part of who I am, and that same family-style approach carries into our office culture.

Our team works closely together, celebrates wins, and makes time for outings and events that build strong relationships. We’re looking for someone who is hungry, positive, outgoing, and growth-oriented - someone who brings energy to the team and is excited to perform at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
