About the role

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with other agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Pay

$45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (hourly plus commission/bonus)
