CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

• Bilingual (Russian, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) preferred.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
• Position may require travel.

Pay

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus commission.
