Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Create & file paperwork (invoices, financial slips, etc.)
- Check out customers whether the payment is cash, check, credit-card, or financing
- Reconcile your drawer at the end of shift
- Must be willing to work weekends and most holidays
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Accuracy & detail-orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Reliable transportation to & from work
- Must be willing to work assigned schedule
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours
- Driver's License (Required)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
