Requirements

• Previous work experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service
• Professional level skills in computer use, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications and keyboarding skills
• Experience working with people in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations (either telephone or face-to-face)
• Strong ability to multi-task and strong time management skills
• Dependable and strong work ethic
• Ability to accept and implement feedback and coaching

Qualifications

• Experience working with databases (CRM preferable) or a tracking system; Salesforce CRM experience
• Experience working in a health care/pharmaceutical industry environment
• Understanding of challenges associated with patients' medical conditions

Additional Information

• Preloaded PTO: 100 hours (12.5 days) upon employment, increasing to 140 hours (17.5 days) upon anniversary
• Tenure vacation bonus: $1,000 upon 3-year anniversary and $2,500 upon 5-year anniversary
• Referral bonus: $750 for each friend referred who is hired
