Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all customer inquiries on heating oil, propane, and diesel service and delivery.
- Provide point of contact for customers and excellence through verifying and updating customer account information, troubleshooting, and/or solving customer concerns.
- Provide accurate information on products and services as well as educate customers on our products and services.
- Perform account maintenance by ensuring customer records are up to date and accurate information is recorded.
- Partner with other departments to follow-up with all customer inquiries.
- Contribute to a team environment by performing other duties as required.
