Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a remote setting. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process orders and resolve billing discrepancies
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience in a customer service role preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for positions requiring travel)
